A380 - constantly recyling gear sound !

I've recently been trying out the PA A380's (for which I'm also trying to work up a couple of soundpacks too), but, have struck "a minor" issue which I'm curious to know if anyone else has ever experienced, and if so, whether or not there a fix/modification I can apply in order to resolve this .....

Whenever selecting the flaps on approach to landing (from about the FLAP 2 position in particular) I'm also then hearing the landing gear constantly recycling "in repetition"from this point too and before I even selected the landing gear DOWN (a visual external check does confirm that the landing "is not" actually extended despite the repetitious gear sound) .... and which continues until I do finally extend the landing gear for landing and at which point this sound also then ceases.

I'm experiencing this situation using either the PA 2D panel (supplied with the A3980 nase pack), the default MSFS 2004 B747 panel, as well as another panel option I've been trying lately too.

Has anyone else experienced this ?

Is there a fix .... or other modification I can apply in order to try and resolve this ?
