About PA380: To. esg

I have some questions about PA380.
Please understand that I'm poor at English cause I'm Korean.

1.
I need the A380 Paintkit, but
I found that, at the download page, the [A380 Paintkit] download link is broken.
Is there any problem?

2.
Because of that,
I downloaded the paint kit at Avsim (DLID 155703)
Is this Paint kit is compatible with the updated version of Base Pack(26 OCT 2011)?
and, what is the difference with the new broken link Paint Kit(Ver 20131130) and the old paint kit that I downloaded at avsim?
