You know we still read these forums? If you wanted to mod the A320, you could have offered to collab or sought our permission - and you'd have even been able to work from source instead of bodging it all together.

You'd have to modify the model so you can't.

Just a lack of interest - we've all moved on to other things.

I don't think anybody would mind your modifying and reuploading a mere fx file.

Have you checked that the panel.cfg and sound.cfg aliases point to existent panel and sound packs?

No, none of the sharklet models are available for FSX. The FS9 models do (or should) work in FSX though performance might be impaired.

That's correct.

All of the models work in FSX, despite some of them not being native.

I don't use vasFMC with my PA aircraft. I'm currently usind PA A32X FD version 3. When I take off from low altitudes, the planes climb normally, but, sometimes, when I take off from high altitudes (e.g., Eldorado Intl, Bogotá, Colombia, 8360 ft), I have to start flap & slat retraction very soon...

I've re-uploaded the A321 base pack on AVSIM with the fix. Thanks for helping uncover this bug.

It appears they've been renamed in the A321 base pack though they shouldn't have been.

Do you have `A320_sharklet_l_l.bmp` and `A320_sharklet_r_l.bmp` in your repaint's texture folder?

And this is FS9?

Check that you've got the sharklet night textures inside the repaint's texture folder.

Use the installer.

You can try editing the fx file. See this MSDN article for an overview of special effects in FSX.

The updated models are for multiplayer -- you don't need them. See 'aircraft.cfg changes for the ... .txt' inside the Avsim download for the changes you gotta make to the lights.
