A380 VC + VASFMC [FSX]

Post by misterADIdas11 »

Hello Guys,
I am trying to make an A380 for FSX with VC and vasFMC.
I already managed that the ECAM is working and that the VC is visible.
But now I have a Problem, in the VC there's is kinda like a 2D Button which I don't want, there is something blocking my MCDU aswell, like two big bars on the left and right, here's a Screen:
Image
^^^Ignore the black ECAM, it does work right now!
Is someone able to help me?

Greets misterADIdas11 aka. Adrian :)

P.S. Sorry, for my bad English, I am native German :)

Hi, why do you want to do it on your own with that VC, there's already a fully working PA A380 with working bug-less VC. Here: http://www.rikoooo.com/en/downloads/viewdownload/6/560
Hope this helped a bit. :)

Hello,
thanks for reply.
I want that, cause I want to have a vasFMC included.
I think this A380 you sent me (it is good, no doubt), doesn't include a vasFMC. I need a FMC/MCDU because I am flying online and it is absolutely necessary there ;).

Hi, you can install vasfmc over it, just install+run (if you want stand-alone version), or install+add "VASFMCgauges" and delete "PAgauges" in "title" section in aircraft.cfg

Moin,
thanks :D.
I already installed vasFMC and changed PAGauges to vasFMCGauges in the title section of the aircraft.cfg, but I still have these Texture "Glitches"!
How can I remove them? :S :/

Hi,
I really dont know why do you have them. The thing is, that adding the vasFMC doesnt remove the texture glitches, it only makes some few other systems and switches working. Now, thats a big question to me too, why do you have glitches, because for me all works perfectly. What glitches do you exacty have? If you tell me, I may help you a bit, but a very small bit, I just downloaded it and have no clue how it works. Now I can only tell you, that I have both vasFMC and vasFMC-stand-alone installed+the airacs and all that stuff and updates, try to install them both, maybe that solves a part of the problem, maybe another thing is that it may make difference if you write vasFMCGauges or VASFMCgauges in your aircraft.cfg.

Greetings, Max

another PS: if you want I can send you exactly my files for the A380+my vasFMC-stand-alone installation

Hey Max,
You can see these "Texture"-Glitches on the Picture? These are the only glitches I have, but for example these big Buttons on the MCDU are kinda annoying inflight! I already installed the Standalone-Package and yeah, I made a mistake, I wrote VASFMCgauges in the aircraft.cfg, this solved one Problem, the ECAM. I would really appreciate if even someone would help me.

Can you plz post the panel.cfg section of the A380 FSX here. I have a guess about the coordinates of the gauges in your panel cfg file being off.

Just curious gentlemen, did anyone manage to get the VC with vasFMC to work in FSX without the texture issues?

Hi there,

i downloaded this package from your link. Now i want to integrate the vasFMC into it. I'm using FSX. But it doesn't work.

-installed the package from your link
-installed vasFMC (gauges-version) and the gauge-update file
-changed in aircraft.cfg PAgauges to vasFMCgauges

So, not working for me. Is it working for anybody ? It nis frustrating. Searching the wohole day for a solution in the web. But all threads in the community-boards ending with no solutions...
