I'm making it, the base textures and paint kit any way. ^

Finished my first livery. Probably over-sharpened the shots, just trying to make up for my video card, if you could call it that. :|

WOW! So many details in this aircraft. It's much much much better than Posky 737.

Is this model still far away from done?

Everything is done, we are just painting liveries before release. Public paint kit already done too.

Ok, thank you. Will it have default B737 VC?

If you can say it to me, what aircraft will be next after B737 release?

If you use FSX, you can certainly merge the default 737 FSX VC as we will be providing FSX-native models in addition to the FS9 ones you see in the above screenshots, because that is what I still use, primarily.

Sure, the B737-800 will be next.

Dear TDS!

What a masterpiece you are doing, just like Boeing 787. I have a dream that you will make A320 NEO (for fs9) because Project airbus do not have any plans of making it. Hope you will consider it ;)

Very impressing textures Kyle. Amazing job on the Sun Country livery, that looks pretty real. :)

Edit: I can't wait 'til I see some textures in awesome quality on Enigma's Boeing 737 Classic series. 8-) Especially on the -400. :D

Looks absolutely amazing. Close to PMDG quality. I look forward to its release for FSX. I would love it if you would make a Jet Airways livery :D http://www.airliners.net/photo/Jet-Airw ... f414b7597f

Wow looks great! Looking forward to the first Freeware NG with real looking Flaps.
Will it be possible to get it somehow into fs9?

Considering all of my screenshots have been from FS9, I'm sure that's a probability.

speedbird, you may certainly merge any VC you'd like into it.

Preparing for release...

... with regards to 'McPhat,' their textures are only "AWESOME" to those who love their aircraft slit with razor blades and blow-torched. I am their biggest critic, anybody can do what they do with a proper brush plug-in for Photoshop.

HOWEVER, with their recent DC-9 release, I must say their style suits that old workhorse very well, and I am glad to see they have at least improved to being able to properly match things like colors and shading, throughout the entire aircraft.

The PMDG 744 was my favorite. Old, dirty and worn fuselage and tail, but then the engines are shiny and brand new looking, and magically have 500% less shading on the bottom, than any other part of the aircraft. Example:

I will be uploading my paint kit at the same time as the base package release. I expect there will be no shortage of liveries available in the weeks following release. Unfortunately, I am one person and only have time for the 4 or 5 liveries for release (in addition to the base-texturing). I also need to work on the -600, -800, -900/ER and other variants.

Yes, we have released.

I would grab files from AVSIM as they have the FDE update as well as missing night textures I mistakenly forgot to include in the FlightSim.com library - although I have had them update the .zip file so it is up to date now.

It's for FS2004 only? I'm asking because I have massive fps drop. From 50-70FPS to 17-22.

Yes, that is why all of the file uploads (with the exception of the paint kit) say FS2004.

An FSX-"native" model and FDE will come in a week or two.

Dear TDS!

Thanks for you great model of Boeing 737. I have a problem, when I try to change view from panel to external view my Flight simulator 2004 crash. I´m wondering what cause it. Maybe someone can help me with that issue.

Best regards,

It's something conflicting either with DBS Walk and Follow, or the FSHost client. Go into the aircraft.cfg and remove spaces before and after any = signs. Also remove the parts with //Do not remove and a similar entry beginning with // after the title= section.
