While I was on approach with my A321, the trim suddenly became unresponsive jumping from +5.0 to -5.0. This made it very difficult to land, oddly I still did, but I don't know what happened. Also the APP was not working, I was losing altitude and speed.
Anybody else with the issue, if so, please help? -Fs2004

Sounds like wind shear on final.
Main caracteristics are strong´s decends/climbs without no reason.
Try another approch in a diferent rwy or airport.
If happen again possible panel issue.
