[BUG,FIXED] A321 Sharklets transparent when lights are on
As the title says really...
Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem or knows of a fix?
I've only been flying the updated non-sharklet models since the release (which i am absolutely in love with - especially the new wing flex!) and only just now tried out the sharklet. This is occurring with the Thomas Cook and Monarch liveries which were downloaded from Avsim, and only when the lights are on. I haven't tried any other liveries so if anyone else has experienced the same with these particular two then I'd like to hear from you..
Many thanks,
Gaz.

I did, still no joy

Check that you've got the sharklet night textures inside the repaint's texture folder.

Re: A321 Sharklets transparent when lights are on
I copied all of the generic textures inside the 'texture' folder to my repaint texture folder (i presume that's where the night textures are found?) but still the transparency is there when the lights are on

And this is FS9?

Do you have `A320_sharklet_l_l.bmp` and `A320_sharklet_r_l.bmp` in your repaint's texture folder?

Re: A321 Sharklets transparent when lights are on
I only had the A321 textures in there so I just copied over the A320 ones and problem solved - thank you
So the A320 night textures are required for the A321 - apologies if i missed something in the instructions but those textures are only available in the A320 base pack is that right?
Thanks again for your help

Re: A321 Sharklets transparent when lights are on
It appears they've been renamed in the A321 base pack though they shouldn't have been.
Re: A321 Sharklets transparent when lights are on
I've re-uploaded the A321 base pack on AVSIM with the fix. Thanks for helping uncover this bug.

Ahhh I see, that would make sense. I knew it couldn't have been a deliberate installation step - too confusing!
Cheers - glad it's all sorted
