A32x lights issue

hi PA
since I was kicked off the official facebook groupd for some unknowen reason I have to post here as my VA uses all of PAs Airbuses for our fleet
I have a problem with the Navigation and strobe lights
the green navigation light is brighter than the red and the strobes flash way too quickly
this is on the FSX winglet model of the A32x family A319,A320 and A321
need help on how to fix these please
