Please read this topic before posting, we'll do our best to keep it updated with common questions.
Q: When will the A380 VC, or anything else for that matter, be released?
A: We do not give release dates, as they can seldom be met. At this moment we do not know when the VC will be ready.
Q: I have a problem in FSX, how do I fix it?
A: The A380 model was compiled for use in FS2004. Project Airbus does not officially support FSX, however other users may be able to help you. Please post ALL FSX related issues in this topic.
Q: I have an FDE issue / the model doesn't fly right! What do I do?
A: It turned out that most users who reported issues with the A380 weren't flying correctly. Please visit this thread on how to fly properly. If you still have issues, and are using FS2004, please post in this thread.
Q: There's a bug in the model, is there a fix?
A: Please post all FS2004 model bugs in this thread. No model updates are available at this time.
Q: Where can I download the A380?
A: Download links are posted in the release thread.
Q: What do I include when asking for support?
A: When asking for support, please include which version of Flight Simulator you use, as well as which paint you experienced the issue with. Be as precise as possible when describing the circumstances of the bug.
Q: Are there plans to update the A320 with wingflex?
A: Not at the time being, sorry.
