Maybe you have mounted the livery on the wrong engine variant...check the aircraft.cfg entry

Air Caraibes uses the Pratt and Whitney model, but you maybe have painted the livery on a main file wich contains another engine variant, so to fix that black on engines pylons you have to put in the aircraft.cfg the entry wich alias to the other engine variant that you have used for your repaint(RR or General Electric)... I gained a lot of experience painting thomas Ruth models(I painted 31 liveries for them), so that I decided to create a totally new and more easy to use paintkit(separating A332, A333, A342, A343, A345 and A346)...but I'm still waiting the Thomas Ruth autorization to share them with other repainters...the worst thing that I don't like of the default Thomas ruth textures are the windows...they are ugly black holes, wich ruins the general look of the very well modeled Thomas Ruth planes...so I edited them one by one, and I have added some dirt effect too...I usually edit every windows configuration according to the photos of the real thing, because with these big airliners, airlines usually arrange different seats configuration, according to their own demands... the results with my latest repaints are not bad...Thomas Ruth models look much better with edited windows and above all mipmaps removed

This one is my masterpiece

Anyway you have done a very good job...if you are interested to use these reworked paintkits contact me via PM
