landing light problem on PA Delta A321 NEO

I recently did a night flight on the Project Airbus A321 NEO by Chris Evans (in the Delta livery) from New York to West Palm Beach, and upon landing, I noticed that the landing lights don't illuminate the runway at all, but the taxi lights work just fine. Upon switching to outside view after landing, i noticed that while the landing lights are on, they only cast a very dim shadow immediately in front of the front nose gear of the aircraft, but don't project any further than that. I posted in another forum about this and they suggested replacing the spotlight bmp. file in the FSX Texture folder. I tried that, but that didn't work either (the landing light still doesn't illuminate the runway). Is there anything else I could try to fix this issue? Any suggestions would be appreciated. here's a copy of the effects, lights, and electrical sections of the aircraft cfg. file for this aircraft, along with a screenshot of the problem I am having, plus the link to the website where I got this aircraft from:
