A320 speed problems

When I fly the A320 with the Speed set to 315knts and reach FL250 and higher where it changes to Mach, it goes over it's limits. So I descend to about 23000 ft and when the Speed idication Switches automatically is Shows the plane wanted t go 999+ knots and not the Speed I choose which was 315knt (0.47M).
I fast solution would be appreicated :)
